MOUNT MULLIGAN LODGE - QUEENSLAND

Our second 5 night  stop on our far north Queensland trip was the fabulous Mount Mulligan Lodge in the outback a few hours drive from Cairns.

Visibility was poor on departure so we were driven in a 4x4 there and took our first helicopter trip on the way back!

Mt Mulligan Lodge opened in April 2019 and is the latest addition to the  Northern Escape Collection. The newly built luxury outback lodge is situated on a secluded 28,000-hectare heritage site, a working cattle station, with luxe lodging and guided outback adventures for just 16 guests.

Days are spent poolside, chardonnay in hand; or on a number of off road adventures facilitated by the amazing team.
